1. Service description
Warmto is a tool that helps you create follow-up emails after networking events. You scan business cards, record voice memos, and our AI generates personalized follow-up messages.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Warmto only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to abuse, hack, or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use
3. Free tier limits
The free tier includes:
- 10 follow-up generations per day
- 20 business card scans per day
- 60 second maximum voice memo length
Limits reset daily. Abuse of the free tier may result in access restrictions.
4. Paid plans
Lifetime access grants unlimited use of all features. Payment is one-time and non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify features and pricing for future purchases.
5. AI-generated content
Follow-up messages are generated by AI based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of generated messages.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Warmto available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes.
8. Limitation of liability
Warmto is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any).
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
