Terms of Service

The service
Warmto is a bespoke NFC card and personal branding service operated by Redwood Global Partners LLC (UAE, Shams Free Zone). Each card is produced, engraved, and delivered personally. The service includes card production, digital profile setup, strategy session, and ongoing optimization.
Orders & payment
All orders are placed and paid via Stripe. Prices are listed in AED. Payment confirms your order and reserves your member number.
After payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm engraving details and schedule delivery. Delivery is personal and takes place in Dubai, UAE within 5 business days of confirmation.
If you are outside Dubai, please contact us before ordering via info@warmto.me.
Refunds & cancellations
Because each card is made specifically for you, engraved with your name, logo, or custom text, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.
If you need to cancel before production starts (within 24 hours of ordering), contact us immediately at info@warmto.me and we will do our best to accommodate.
If your card arrives with a production defect, we will replace it at no cost.
Digital profiles & strategy session
The strategy session and profile setup are scheduled after card delivery. Sessions are conducted via video call or in person in Dubai. Profiles are built based on information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information shared for engraving and profile design.
Acceptable use

- +Not misrepresent your identity or credentials in your profile content
- +Not use the service to facilitate spam, fraud, or harassment
Limitation of liability
The service is provided in good faith. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from use of the card or profiles.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
