• Contact info you scan: Names, emails, companies from business cards. Stored locally on your device.
• Voice memos: Processed for transcription, not stored on our servers after processing.
• Email address: If you sign up or join the waitlist.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous page views and feature usage via Google Analytics.

How we use your data

• To provide the service (scan cards, transcribe memos, generate follow-ups)
• To send you product updates if you signed up
• To improve the product based on anonymous usage patterns

Third-party services

• Anthropic (Claude): Processes business card images and generates follow-up text
• OpenAI (Whisper): Transcribes voice memos
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage tracking
• Brevo: Email list management
• Vercel: Hosting

Data storage

Your contacts and generated follow-ups are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not store your contacts on our servers. Voice memos are sent to OpenAI for transcription and immediately discarded after processing.

Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics). You can accept or decline cookies when you first visit the site.

Your rights

• Access your data (it's in your browser's localStorage)
• Delete your data (clear localStorage or use browser settings)
• Unsubscribe from emails (link in every email)
• Request data deletion by contacting us
